In this case please remember that the copy you receive is not for signature, and that your signee receives a different copy.

	82	A couple of questions come up frequently with respect to NDAs, and while please forgiving us for the laziness to not answer them again and again by e-mail, please find our standard answers to them below:

	84	=== Why require identification as "confidential", could the NDA not simply cover "all information"? ===

	86	Various courts have struck down NDAs as invalid, because they defined confidential information too broadly, eg trying to cover all information exchanged through a "catch-all" term.

	90	The CEC Scheme is developed to be economic and operate at a reasonable cost. This does not allow for managing the risk of court cases in multiple legislations and locations.
