C0210 - Download Environmental Claim Self Assessment Form

The Vendor downloads the Environmental Claim Self Assessment Form by clicking this link.

The Vendor completes the Environmental Claim Self Assessment Form following the guidance below:

The Vendor sends the completed Environmental Claim Self Assessment form with the supporting documentation to the CeC Certification Body ("CeB").

Upon receipt of the Claim Assessment Invoice the Vendor shall pay the Claim Assessment Fee to the CeB.
